How it was solved

Problem

Product sourcing tends to scatter screenshot review, margin calculation, risk checks, and supplier outreach across separate tools.

Decision

I joined web, Electron desktop, and a Chrome extension into one product flow, with AI steps for screenshot analysis and supplier-message drafting.

Evidence

The codebase combines Next.js, NestJS, Electron, Stripe, Shopify integration, and Playwright checks, with real desktop regression screenshots.

Result

The result is a solo-built sourcing tool that carries the workflow from product evaluation through commerce integration.
